sad sam pazljivije prosla kroz dokumente iz prve koverte i spominje se ds-2001 u "Interview preparation instructions for immigrant visa applicants". Koliko shvatam, taj formular ce se slati u ambasadu kad skupimo sve dokumente. Pise ovako:
