Onda je ostalo jos nereseno pitanje oko civilne vojske! Sestra mi je u USA i kontaktirala je advokata koji se bavi imigracijama i on je rekao sledece:
"He has to write what position he had on the army. For rank / position.
For military specialty: N/A. "Civil military" may not make a lot of sense to an immigration officer. The key is to help the officer understand the nature of the military service. Perhaps he was a civil employee on a military base. Perhaps he was a civil contractor. Try to best, yet briefly, describe his involvment with the military. The purpose of that question is to see whether he is a terrorists or a persecutioner. "
