Ta permit je da moze da vozi u pratnji nekog sa vozackom, ili sto bi se reklo da "uci" voznju. Ovde se izlazi na test iz voznje bez obzira da li imas dozvolu iz druge zemlje ili ne. California cak trazi i da residents iz drugih state polazu written test ovde ali daju rok od 6 meseci od preseljenja (koliko mi je poznato, tu su ukebali i Brittney Spears
