Zanima me sad kolko se slika treba donijeti na ljecnicki pregled? U mom drugom pismu ne pise. ne pise ni koliko slika treba priloziti za intervju uz dokumente, ali u onom frankfurtskom pismu pise samo 1 slika, ali da ne treba ni ta jedna ako su prethodno sa prvom kovertom poslanom u Kentucky poslane slike. (znam da smo slali nesto, ali se ne sjecam koliko-vjerojatno jednu po osobi)
Sorry, evo sad sam procitala da ipak PISE DA TREBA 2 slike na ljecnicki. Jos me zanima kolko treba onda na intervju. Jedna ili dvije po osobi?

a u papir pise da sledim uputstva od www.dvselectee.state.org i to pod brojem 4, koju sam procitala za koje papire trebam obezbediti, ali nemamo ni gde ni kad treba obaviti lekarski pregled…mi smo iz Makedonije…ima li koga da nam pomogne? vreme nam je kratko i ne znamo sta da radimo…hvala unapred

In connection with your application for an immigrant visa for the United States of America, you are required to undergo a medical examination with the U.S. Embassy’s panel physician. All applicants, regardless of age, must undergo a general medical examination. Applicants aged 15 or more must also undertake a blood test and a chest x-ray. Any questions regarding the nature of the examination and tests should be directed to the physicians.
At present, only doctors at Remedika General Hospital in Skopje (www.remedika.com.mk) are authorized to perform medical exams.

Adults (age 15 and older): 3200 denars
Children (under age 15): 1400 denars
Pregnant women: 2200 denars*
*An X-Ray will not be performed on women who are pregnant; however, the patient must present a doctor’s statement which indicates the expected due date.
You should call to schedule an appointment for a medical examination approximately ten days prior to your scheduled immigrant visa interview at the Embassy. Each immigrant visa applicant is responsible for scheduling and completing their medical exam before the date of their visa interview. As seating capacity at the clinics is limited, only the actual visa applicant(s) should go to the clinic. Applicants can expect to spend approximately 4 hours at the clinic. The maximum validity of medical examination results is one year, with at least 6 months’ validity required on the day of visa issuance. If the exam has less than 6 months’ validity, the visa is limited to the life of the exam.
Applicants must bring their passport and two photographs to the medical examination. In addition, applicants should bring any and all medical records and reports, as well as records of hospitalization, operations, or accidents. If you wear glasses or contact lenses, please bring them with you. If you have any additional questions about the examination process, please contact the panel physicians or you may submit your question to the immigrant visa unit by email at consularskopje@state.gov.
