Vozačka dozvola - Driver's License

I meni vazi do 2013....ali mislim....posle toga zamenis. Zamena kosta 10$...i cekas 5 minuta...nije smak sveta :-)
Ja sam inace isto polozio....stvarno je ovde boranija.

ja sam blizu do Chicaga ali u Indiani meni vozacka vazi do 2016. skoro sam procitala negde da ce ove da vaze do nove godine jer od prvi sledece svi ce morati da promene svoje vozacke ili ID. ne znam dali vazi samo za Indiana ali znam da to rade jer hoce da ih promene , da im dodaju jos nesto kao zastita. a sto se tice polaganja stvarno je lako ali sto se tice do administracije krajnije sam razocarana. svako tumaci zakon kako on zna a ne kako treba da bude i ako nisi dovoljno bistar i im ne za'rzis onako balkanski neces nista postici. sva sreca sto smo mi balkanci svi pametniji i hitriji od bilo kog amera.

Sto se tice te bistrine.....pa to je naravno poznato....mi smo balkanci vanzemaljski narod...pametniji i bistriji i jaci od svih ostalih naroda na svetu. Mislim..tu nema polemike.....zato nam je tako kako nam je.

Interesuje me u kojim drzavama legalno mogu voziti sa medjunarodnom vozachkom t.j. da kad bi me zaustavili ne bi mi pravili probleme, ili eventualno dali se mozhe dobiti americhka vozachka bez potvrde za legalan boravak u SAD. Ima li shanse eskivirati na tom planu jer mi svi papiri bash nisu u redu...
Zhivim u Floridi i iz svog iskustva znam da medjunarodna bash i nije priznata a za vozachku iz Floride morash pokazati sve tapije...

Zhivim u Floridi i iz svog iskustva znam da medjunarodna bash i nije priznata a za vozachku iz Floride morash pokazati sve tapije...

Posaljes pismo svom prijatelju u Chicago adresirano na njegovu adresu i tvoje ime, tj.treba da posaljes dva pisma. Kad ona stignu na odrediste spakuj se u avion i zapali za Chicago kod nekoga (ako imas nekoga tamo) neka te saceka, polazi test i voznju i eto ti dozvole na minimum 5 godina.
E sad ono registracija i ostalo, to ne znam. Znam da je moj drug vozio (i idalje vozi) sa Illinois tablama a zivi u Atlanti a pri tom ima i svoju firmu (radi neki transport)
Mislim da ti je to jedino cimanje da kad budes morao ponovo registrovati, moraces da ides tamo opet. Ali zasto da ne, Chicago je bas lep
Eto to je sto ja znam, znam gomilu ljudi iz PA koji su ciljano tako radili, cak i znam da im je adresa u CHI ista
Ajd pa javi sta si uradio.

Nije ni cudo sto je vecina nasih u Chicago. Isto kao sto nije cudno ni to sto je svojevremeno Al Capone bas ovde bio. I dalje je Illinois divlji zapad u odnosu na ostatak amerike sto se zakona i prava tice. Ako ti neka mucka ne moze proci ovde, nece proci onda nigde.

Problem je da mi ne listaju kroz pasosh, i/ili trazhe socijalni broj. Ako to ne rade onda se vidimo u CHI...

Ja se bas ne razumem u ta muvanja, ali evo zvanicno (mada pretpostavljam da za to zvanicno u ovom slucaju i nema interesovanja jer je ocigledno u pitanju ono prvo pomenuto; mada iskreno - to zvanicno se vrlo lako google x 50 puta; moz' da se google i ono prvo, doduse; i tek za rekord - apsolutno sam protiv bilo kakvih kombinacija za izdavanje dozvola svima koji su bez validnih dokumenata - mada opet, mozda Big Brother voli tu ideju jer se lakse napravi lista pomenutih i da ja ne bih vise blah blah jer se razumemo odlicno - evo spiska za requirements for out-of-country ljudova) - dakle trazili ste, citajte (nemoj Miloshe posle da pricas kako zabusavam, jer istrosih celo vece na ovo):

Alabama

Non-U.S. Citizens

• A valid foreign passport with an acceptable visa or resident alien card.
• Social Security number verification or letter from Social Security stating noneligibility.
• Document from the “secondary” list showing at least 160 allowable days left to remain in U.S.
• $5 test or transfer fee (no checks).
• Acceptable school enrollment or graduation proof (if younger than 19).

Alaska

In order to obtain an original Alaska license, an applicant must provide documentary proof of the following:

• Legal name and Date of Birth
• Secondary item as verification of the primary document (Examples of a SECONDARY item are: Permit or license from another state, employee ID, health insurance card, IRS or state tax form, medical records, military dependent identification, pilot's license, school ID)
• Their current residence address
• Social Security Card

Arizona

• Arizona state law requires that all applicants for an original driver license or identification card present two forms of identification – one must have your photo (or three forms of identification if no photo identification is available). See list of acceptable documents. All must be originals or copies certified by the issuing agency. All must be in English.
  
• You are required by ARS 28-3158(D)(5) and 42 USC 405(c)(2)(C) to provide your Social Security Number. It will be used to verify your identity and to comply with federal and state child support enforcement laws. It will not be used as your driver license number.

Arkansas

All new applicants for an Arkansas driver's license or identification card are required to provide proof of legal presence in the United States as well as proof of identity. To prove legal presence in the United States one of the following documents must be shown:

• U.S. Passport / U.S. Passport Card
• U.S. Birth Certificate
• U.S. Visa
• Photo Document from DHS-(Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration)-(No Border Crosser)
• Photo Military/Military Dependent ID
• Armed Forces Discharge Papers

California

To apply for an original driver license if you are over 18, you will need to do the following:

• Visit a DMV office (make an Appointment for faster service)
• Complete application form DL 44 (An original DL 44 form must be submitted. Copies will not be accepted.)
• Give a thumb print
• Have your picture taken
• Provide your social security number. It will be verified with the Social Security Administration while you are in the office.
• Verify your birth date and legal presence If your current name no longer matches the name on your birth data/legal presence document, see "True Full Name" and "How to Change Your Name" for more information.
• Provide your true full name
• Pay the application fee
• Pass a vision exam
• Pass a traffic laws and sign test. There are 36 questions on the test. You have three chances to pass.

Colorado

• To be issued a Colorado Driver's License or Identification Card, you must prove the following elements: your full legal name, identity, age, and lawful presence in the United States. The Identification Requirements Chart shows the documents that you may use to prove each of these elements. In some cases, a single document may prove all four elements. However, it may be necessary for some applicants to provide multiple documents in order to prove all the required elements. All documents presented must be certified originals or certified amended originals or true copies certified by the issuing agency.
• You will not need to show proof of your Social Security Number but, per Colorado Revised Statute 42-2-107(3)(a) and 42-2-302(1)(a), you will still be required to provide your Social Security Number at the time you apply for a Driver's License, instruction permit or ID card. Per DMV/DL policy 05-5609, persons stating they have never been issued a Social Security Number will be required to present documentation indicating they have been denied a Social Security Number, they are not eligible for a number, or have never been issued a Social Security Number. So, if you have never been issued a Social Security Number, you must bring documentation showing that you do not have a number. You will also be required to provide proof of lawful presence. A Driver's License or ID card will not establish lawful presence.

Connecticut

• Non U.S. citizens will be required to show proof of legal status in this country, including a valid passport and one form of identification from list of acceptable forms of identification . Photocopies of documents are not acceptable. Following are additional documents required for specific visa types:
• Holders of a B1 or B2 Visitor's Visa are not eligible for a driver's license or identification card unless a valid USCIS Employment Authorization Card and verification of an application pending for Lawful Permanent Residence/Adjustment of Status is provided.
• Foreign students with an F1 Visa status must show USCIS document I-20 and verification of current enrollment in a Connecticut school.
• J1 Visa holders are required to show USCIS document DS2019.
• H1B Visa holders are required to show a valid USCIS Employment Authorization Card and an employment verification letter from a Connecticut employer or an employer from a bordering state. The employment verification letter must be dated within the past 30 days.
• All applicants will be verified through USCIS for legal status before a driver's license/identification card will be issued. In some cases responses from USCIS may take an extended period of time and applicants will be asked to return the next business day to complete the licensing process. Responses are usually not received on Thursday evenings or Saturdays.
• The social security number of the applicant applying for the driver's license must be listed on the Application for a Non-Commercial Drivers License (form R-229). If you do not have a social security number, you must obtain a letter from the Social Security Administration that states you are ineligible for a social security number. This letter must be submitted to DMV when applying for your driver's license, learner's permit or ID card.

Delaware

• Any person applying for a driver’s license (DL) or identification (ID) card is required to submit one primary document and one secondary document. Each applicant must provide their social security number, if eligible, two separate proofs of Delaware residence (i.e. rent receipt or lease and electric, telephone or other utility receipts etc.) and non-US citizens must provide proof of legal presence in the United States.
• The Division must verify all non-citizen applicants legal status and authorized length of stay in the United States upon the initial issuance of a driver's license (including out-of-state license transfers) and upon license renewal therefore, non-citizens must present their immigration documents.

District of Columbia

Non-US Citizens may obtain a DC driver’s license if they have a minimum of six (6) months duration of stay in the United States. The DC driver’s license will expire with the US duration of stay. Non-US Citizens with an INS Notice of Action may be issued a temporary DC driver’s license or identification card for the duration of processing time indicated in the notice up to a maximum of 18 months. Non-US Citizens with visitor VISA status are not eligible to obtain a driver’s license in the District of Columbia. If you are eligible to obtain a DC driver’s license, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You have Proof of Name, Date of Birth and US duration of stay/status
• You have Proof of Social Security Number
• You have Proof of DC Residency
• You have met the testing requirement for obtaining a DC Driver’s license
• You have no outstanding debts to the District of Columbia or unpaid fines for moving traffic violations in other jurisdictions

Florida

Beginning January 1, 2010, Florida will have new documentation requirements for residents renewing or obtaining a new driver license or identification card. For office visits, you must bring original documents that prove your identity, social security number and residential address.

Non-Immigrants:

• Proof of Residential Address
• Proof of Social Security Number
• Primary Identification - Each non-immigrant who applies for an original driver license or identification card must submit:
• Employment authorization card issued by the United States Department of Justice (Form I688B or I-766); or

To be eligible for a Temporary Visitor Driver's License, a foreign national must:

• Be a non-citizen of the United States residing in the State of Illinois;
